How to get to Te Moenga Lodge |
|
From the North State Highway 1:
At brow of hill entering Taupo turn right into Poihipi Road, signposted Acacia Bay, follow this road all the way to Acacia Bay - a few minutes through resdiential area then along a straight. At Acacia Bay turn into Reeves Road (first road on right after shops), follow this road right to the very top of the hill (turns into a private road). Te Moenga Lodge is at the end of this road.
From the South State Highway 1:
After going North through Taupo township turn left to Acacia Bay (Norman Smith Street)after the Control Gates Bridge just north of town. Follow this road all the way to Acacia Bay, a few minutes through residentail area then along a straight. At Acacia Bay turn right into Reeves Road (1st road on right past shops), follow this road right to the top of the hill (turns into a private road. Te Moenga Lodge is at the end of this road.
