How to get to Carrington Resort A Heritage Hotel
From Auckland, driving time is approximately 4 hours from downtown Auckland. Take State Highway 1 from Auckland to Whangarei. Stay on Highway 1 past Whangarei to Kawakawa, pass through Kawakawa, staying on Highway 1 until you reach the Kerikeri Junction. Turn right at junction which brings you onto State Highway 10. Travel for approximately 1 hour and 10mins. You will travel through Kaeo, Coopers Beach and Taipa along the way. 5mins after Taipa you will see a sign for ?Carrington? turn right into Inland Road, Karikari Peninsula. Carrington is 18km along this road which is approximately 10 minutes drive. Turn left into Maitai Bay Road and Carrington is on your left hand side, entrance is beside the big stone wall.Check In time : 3pm Check Out time : 11am
