Aloha Motel(2007)Ltd is a new luxury 18 room motel. The complex is conveniently situated on one of the main route into City centre.
The complex is a short walk from the Bush Inn Shopping Centre with numerous specialty stores and super markets. Westfield shopping centre, an acclaimed shopping mall is a few minutes further with Hoyts movie theatre. Christchurch City Centre and Casino and the Christchurch International Airport and Railway Station are all just 10 minutes away. Canterbury University and the College of Education are close by and Lincoln University is 15 minutes away.
The area is well served with recreational facilities including Addington and Riccarton Racecourses, Ruapuna Raceway, 20 golf courses, swimming pools and gymnasiums. The Sports and Entertainment Centre, which was recently completed, is only five minutes away. The hotel is directly opposite the New Riccarton Public library and cafe.
Hagley Park, Mona Vale Botanical Garden, Christchurch Museum and Art Gallery, the Arts Centre, Christchurch Gondola and the Antarctic Attraction are all worthy experiences and are easy to reach.
