The Avenue Motor Lodge is located only minutes from the central city. We are positioned on Bealey Ave between Colombo Durham Streets directly opposite Southern Cross Hospital. We are on the Metro bus route which runs from the Airport and close to all amenities.Taxi costs from airport are about $35, Affiliated Shuttle service $20 for 1 person and $5 for each extra person travelling together.(Steves Airport Shuttle 0800 10 10 21).Our great location finds us next door to Intercity Coachlines and only 10mins from the CBD Cathedral Square and city centre, 5min walk Convention Centre, Casino and Town Hall. We are 15 min drive from the Christchurch International Airport and close to Christchurch Womens/Public Hospital and Hagley Park.
