We are 3 minutes walk from the centre of town. You will arrive in Dunedin on State Highway 1. If you are coming into Dunedin from the North turn right into Stuart St (opposite railway station). Or from the South, turn left into Stuart St. Drive up Stuart Street, around the Octagon, carry up Stuart St, over the Moray Place intersection, then left into Smith Street, then veer to the left, this is Tennyson Street, and Hulmes Court.

We have free WiFi internet or we can supply a cable for your laptop. We have a photocopier and fax which is generally free (up to a point). Norman, your host, has a number of successful businesses and travels a lot so he knows what you need. He also can be quizzed if you need something special.

We love children staying with us. Generally children staying in the same room are free (12 and under). Most of our rooms have a maximum of two guests.

We are 3 minutes walk from restaurants, art gallery, live theatre, movies, cafes, shopping and much more. Dunedin has wonderful attractions such as Penguins, sea lions, seals, historic railway, museums, Otago University and Hocken Research Library. We have beautiful Victorian and Edwardian architecture, wonderful public gardens.
