Kippilaw House is an eco friendly Victorian style new villa, was constructed in 2007 by local Picton craftsmen. All our household practises are environmently friendly, recycling, composting, spray free gardens. The vegetable garden is organic, eating the produce from the garden- plant to plate in 15 minutes. We have an edible seasonal garden which guests are welcome to enjoy. Recently North and South Magazine reccommended Kippilaw House as one of the best three Accommodation stays in Picton.Downstairs we have two Large bed-rooms both with comfortable king-size beds and private bathroom facilities. Hair-dryers, electric blankets, Tea and coffee making facilities, private fridge, ice-machine. Washing and ironing facilities. Additional single beds are available in these rooms if required. Picton View Suite is a comfortable spacious three roomed suite on the first floor. Extra King-size bed in a generious size bedroom, a single can be added for a child if requested at no charge. There is a private bathroom with 1930,s pedistal hand-basin and walkin shower. The third room is a living room/library with a double sofa bed. This room has its own cable T.V. dining table, comfortable loung chairs. Supplied is Fine linen, hair dryer, electric blankets all complemented with classic furniture.
