Our 16 clean comfortable units overlook the local park and mountains. Should you wish to self cater and staying in a studio unit you do have access to a guest shared equipped kitchen/ dining room. How to get to Parklands Motel
Travelling from Queenstown or Dunedin stay on State highway 94 as if driving to Milford Sound. At the Subway restaurant or Fire station turn left onto Mokoroa Street, we are the second property on your left. Travelling from Milford turn right at Subway. Travelling on the southern scenic route to Te Anau, travel around edge of lake Te Anau until you arrive at Mokoroa street. Turn right, (just before the float plane) we are two blocks up the street. If arriving by bus let the driver know where you are staying. They may drop you off at the door otherwise the drop offs are in the town centre which is only 300 metres away.Check In time : 12 noon Check Out time : 10.00am
