Fresh, the hotel’s fully-licensed restaurant is located on the ground floor. Here you’ll find an exciting choice of delicious meals showcasing local and seasonal produce from the Canterbury region, created by our talented executive chef. The menu is complemented by quality New Zealand and imported wines.
Fresh offers high-quality comfort food with a focus on meals that are as healthy and as nourishing as the food you prepare at home! All of our menus include vegetarian options. From afternoon into the evening we do an excellent range of tapas which can be served to you in Fresh or in the lobby for your convenience - perfect for a drink after a business meeting or a catch up with friends.

The grab n’ go breakfast

Fresh caters to the needs of all guests, so if your schedule is crazy, a grab n’ go breakfast option is conveniently packaged in a bio-friendly bag, so you can grab one in the lobby as you head out. There’s a choice of three healthy grab n’go breakfast options to give you stamina for your busy day ahead.
If you have more time, Fresh also serves a Continental buffet breakfast as well as an a la carte breakfast menu.
