The Cowdrey Apartment is separate from the main house. This luxurious self contained apartment is well appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lush leather lounge suite, king size bedroom with ensuite, shower, air-conditioning, Sky TV, CD player and pantry provisions. Outside the spacious balcony has stunning views of the Waimea estuary.

The Gatehouse is a self contained cottage which caters for parties both large and small. The Gatehouse is situated at the entrance of the grounds, with it’s own private patio, garden and BBQ area. The Gatehouse offers a few accommodation options. For 1-2 people the ground floor can be rented as one super king bedroom, with a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, shower and washing machine facilities. For 3-6 people an external staircase leads to two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower.

Set in 2.2 acres of stunning park like grounds with native trees and hidden pathways that borders on the estuary with often snow capped mountains as the back drop. Guests are invited to use the salt water swimming pool, spa, BBQ facilities and to enjoy the gardens.
